Design Statement:
The Addams Family is a fun musical that is also spooky. I wanted to bring that sense of fun and mystery into my design by using a lot of rich colors, and assigning everyone a specific color that could be combined with others later, which I showed through the cyc. I used the reflective nature of the costumes to bounce light off of the actors, creating shadow effects and different colored highlights on their bodies.
